VISION STATEMENT:
To capture, create, write, rewrite and share the narrative, culture and art of Black, Indigenous and People of Color.
MISSION STATEMENT:
To be a resource to local artists, creatives, educators and citizens who seek to share and better understand the culture and art of the Black, Indigenous and People of Color.
Based in Downtown Fayetteville, NC, the Region Six Project, Inc. is a nonprofit founded by Carmela McKeller in June 2025 which provides a gallery space, studio spaces, and classroom spaces. We have monthly art exhibit openings, as well as speaker series, and coming soon: book clubs and educational workshops.
